Ko’oX was born from a dream — a vision of service built on family values, excellence, and genuine care.
In 2014, in Mexico City, Don Juan Reyes laid the foundation for what would become a legacy. He imagined more than a transportation company — he envisioned seamless journeys, relaxed travelers, and clients whose only priority was enjoying their business trips and family vacations.
Though he is no longer with us, his vision lives on. His family proudly continues what he started, honoring his legacy through unwavering dedication and a true passion for service.
Through commitment, integrity, and excellence, we earned the trust of major corporations, professional teams, and valued partners within Mexico’s transportation industry.
In 2021, as Quintana Roo led Mexico’s tourism reactivation, we recognized an opportunity aligned with our growth. We expanded into the Riviera Maya — a destination known worldwide for its natural beauty, vibrant energy, and warm hospitality.
It was here that Ko’oX found its true home.
Our name comes from the Mayan language and means “Let’s Go” — a powerful expression that captures movement, excitement, and the beginning of unforgettable experiences.
